New to Robert Wynn haulage contractors of Newport, South Wales the engine passed into showland with G., Rogers & Sons in the early 1920’s. The engine passed into preservation in the early 1980’s and has been with the present owners since 1996. Renamed in 1997 to endorse the engine’s Welsh origins and as a tribute to the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
