Supplied new to George Green, touring entertainers of Glasgow. In 1915 the engine was sold to his brother, John Green, and was used with his motor car switchback and his new Dragon Scenic Railway. In 1932 the engine was sold to Silcock Bros. and Ted Silcock used it until 1949, making it one of the last engines in regular use. It was purchased by T. Alberts of Bolton and later sold to T. Varley of Gisburn. In 1996 it was bought by the present owner, who carried out extensive renovation work during 1998-99
