| This engine spent most of its life working on the Isle of Ely. Purchased by the present owner in 1986, after standing in a shed for over 21 years. The engine required a new boiler, firebox, smokebox, tubeplate and part of the tender all carried out at Maskell’s Boiler Works in Wilstead. |
