| New to Kent C.C. and used for light haulage work. Used by them until 1943 when it moved to Inns & Co. of Woolmer Green, Herts. Purchased by the present owner’s father in 1979 and completely rebuilt by him. It was retubed in 1999. During the winter the engine was repainted and new rubber tyres fitted, the previous front ones being 74 years old! |
