| The engine was supplied new to Anderton & Rowland Amusement Caterers in the West Country. In later years the engine was overhauled by Fowlers of Leeds who fitted new wheels to take press on rubber tyres. Dragon is fitted with smaller than usual rear wheels which proved an advantage on the West Country hills as it geared the engine down and allowed it to take the steeper gradients without the need to change down a gear. |
