Q – Can I download an entry form to exhibit?
A - No. All entries are by invitation only, applications must be made in writing following the procedure outlined on the exhibitors section of our Rally Page.
Q – How do I find the event?
A - We are sign posted from all major routes around the site, our postcode is SG18 9DX
Q – What time to the gates open?
A – Gates open at 9am and close at 5pm each day
Q – What does my admission price include?
A – Your admission ticket allows you into the show, Shuttleworth Collection, Bird of Prey Centre and Swiss Garden (from within the event) on the day of purchase only
Q – Are dogs allowed?
A – Dogs on leads are welcome, please do not leave them in your car
Q – Is the ground uneven?
A - Old Warden Park is established park land and as such uneven pretty much all over. Each year we have many visitors who have difficulty walking and with mobility scooters and they get around without problems
Q – Are refreshments available on site?
A - There is a licensed bar, catering outlets and a food hall within the event

A - No. All entries are by invitation only, forms must be returned by post
Q - When are applications accepted for next year’s event?
A - Applications for entries are welcomed from January 2nd, Entries close on July 31st
Q – Are entries limited?
A - There is a limit on the amount of entries in all sections, and age boundaries for exhibits
Q – Do BSEPS members get preference?
A - Yes preference is given to BSEPS members for exhibit entries in all sections

Q - How do I find out about BSEPS Events?
A - BSEPS events are listed on our website and Facebook Page. We hold a monthly social meeting from 7.30pm on the first Monday of every month (the second Monday if the first falls on a bank holiday) at the Tavern Bar, Old Warden Park, Biggleswade, Beds

Q – Is Membership limited to people living in Bedfordshire?
A - No, we have members all over the world
